I have also attached Times Tables Mazes that you can print off and complete!
I know we all love our My Mini Maths Tasks first thing in the afternoon, so every week I will be putting a word document on our Class Page, that has a week’s worth of My Mini Maths Tasks.
Useful Maths Links:
I know we are a class who throughly enjoy reading, especially when it comes to books about Monsters! Guys, please keep reading at least 15/20 minutes everyday. I love to hear your reading recommendations and I more than happy to give recommendations on books that you might enjoy.
If you are enjoying your school reading books use the website below, all you need to do is create a free account and you'll have access to all the books that we have in school.
In your packs, you have lots of different tasks including: Reading Comprehensions, SPaG, Handwriting, Writing Practice and Spellings. Try and aim to do 2 tasks a day even if one is just spelling practice using the cards in your pack.
If you fancy something a little bit for your writing tasks try a sentence stacking lesson with Jane Considine, just like we do in school. You can write the sentences in the back of your topic book.
As an extra for your spellings, we have joined an amazing website called Spelling Shed! Where you can play spelling games and practice all of your spellings. The document below has all of the information that you need.
Bitesize are having daily lessons, there are a wide variety to choose from including: English, Maths and History.
They are putting a total of three lessons a day per year group, so have a nosey and see what you think!
Any work that you do, if you can put it in the back of your yellow book
