7TH MAY 2020

Hi everyone! Hope you are all enjoying your time at home.

Missing you all very much.

You will soon be able to pick up another home learning pack from school to keep you going for the next 3 weeks.

Really hope you find the new packs useful. Remember though the most important thing is you are healthy, happy and safe, so be kind to yourself and just do what you can.

Here are the instructions for the new pack.

The pack is 3 weeks’ worth of work. Monday – Friday.

ENGLISH

You should aim to do one piece of English per day – The English work is the short stories with the questions about the story included, for example The Space Stories.

MATHS

Try and do one piece of Maths per day. – I have included some arithmetic questions. Try and complete 6 questions per day. Questions, not pages.

SPELLING

There is also spelling tasks. I have included 3 weeks of spellings. 1 set per week. Learn the spellings, practice them then ask an adult or older family member to test you on them to see how you do!

WRITING

I have put 3 writing tasks in there. Just one per week please. The writing tasks are the pages with pictures in like, the supermarket, fruit and the sea. Just write down super sentences about what you can see.

WELLBEING

Finally there are some wellbeing tasks, and fun activities to try. I have included some tasks from out Care Corner on our school website, some mindfulness colouring sheets, a wellbeing journal and some play ideas.
