  • Flu Vaccine

    Mon 12 Sep 2022

    Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child’s annual flu vaccination is now due – this will take place in school during November.

This vaccination is recommended to help protect your child against flu. Flu can be an unpleasant illness and sometimes causes serious complications. Vaccinating your child will also help to protect more vulnerable family and friends by preventing the spread of flu. The vaccination is a quick and simple spray up the nose – it’s also free!

Even if your child had it last year, we still recommend that they have the flu vaccine again this year.

Please visit the below link to access further information and complete your child’s consent form within the next week, even if you don’t want them to receive their flu spray. As this will avoid further communications from our service: econsent.merseycare.nhs.uk
